Thread: Herbalism (1-450)

I started using the patrol's last night on my level 40 Druid. Took me a minute to realize that they were designed with flying in mind ;P. I then switched over to my 85 Pally. Set the bot to turn off after 2 hours. I was at my herbing cap, and had a couple of bags of herbs. Before I came to work today, I set up the northern barons patrol, and got to watch for a few minutes as he was picking away. So far seems like a great share, thanks so much. I wish the toon that I wanted to be my farmer was cap'd already. If he was I would have some feedback on how well it works mining as well. Unfortunately I don't have that feedback now though ;P.

I just downloaded Silverbolt. Do these paths work with silverbolt? I've spent about 5 hours now reading and working with Silverbolt and WowElite (got it by accident, thought it would gather). My main purpose is herbalism and mining to make money in the game. Can you help me figure out how to put these in the silverbolt files?

I am attempting to figure out how to create my own paths. I only like to go up and down the right side of the whiptail river since that is usually more efficient that patrolling the whole zone. If I find something like that already made I would be forever greatful.

Great job on the paths that you have posted and thank you for sharing what you have done already....hopefully once I figure out how to use this thing it will save me a ton of time

These ARE Silverbolt paths, Elite does not gather well enough to consider using them with it

And the config/patrol list folder inside your bot folder is where your paths go,
Be sure you put your paths into the folder before you start the bot.

Also I'm pretty sure people have posted other cata gathering paths on the forums already.

hey, i just downloaded this path. it flys around and everything which is great but it when i watch it, it doesnt gather any herbs... just wondering why

My char doesn't herb to, just see it and flying further.
I have checked the box "Herb" under the tab "Loot" -> "Gather Settings".

Do I have to enable another thing too or is that what should be activated?

Which bot are you using? Silverbolt is the gathering bot. If you run this path in Elite, it won't do much, if anything.
