When I try to logon my bot it just say "Insufficient Credits" and I can`t log on.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Means the code has run out of time. If you have an active subscription you can claim a fresh code every 30 days.

Still not figuring it out...
On the subscribtion page there is no "Claim Code" button!
On the members page Please login all the way at the bottom you can view your current code(s) and claim any you have waiting.
If you don't see a claim code button, You probably don't have an active subscription.

I am having the same issue. I had a trial account convert to a paid account, you took my $20, I then cancelled the subscription so I would not be charged again, but not it tells me I have no credits...you have my $20 and I have nothing! I have sent the site admin and email requesting help with this, but no response.
