No, you need to buy a questing profile. I think there is a free horde 1-30 one for wrath/classic. Alliance has 1-12 for most races.

After that, you either need to make your own profile, or buy them.

Leveling via grinding is fairly quick tho.

Only One I see is for Morb DK. Looking for Unholy.

Different spec, doesn't use SS, makes newer relics useless. Tried it with my gear and did half the damage. Don't have 251 1h weapons. or a relic that works.
