yea this is mainly the issue. I have had adblock turned off on the website for a while and i use it a lot but it doesnt stop the pop up

Got a question from a build guide recently submitted. Falconer leveling guideI. In key leveling notes there is a section that states. To use this guide, you need to maintain at most a 5 level difference. Why? Maybe a dumb question but it got me wondering and im new

Most likely it means we Start losing XP value per kill when under/over 5 lvls of mobs/quest.
