historically GGG did not care much about just having CE attached to the game. Done that numerous times in poe 1 and been working with poe 2 without any problems. Have not ever used that "limited user" exercise to increase safety

also there are ways to get yourself "undetected" version of CE, google that, it is worth going through that process once

on some versions of windows you can even use CE on EAC/BE-protected games
