Until we start seeing mas reports of users here I would assume we're fine.

Accounts using unlockers are dropping like flies atm

But they are using hacks etc

Well it is just logical that blizzard has targeted unkockers with their new tech because those are 90% of bots out there.
As always using hardware input and setting protection to all without enhanced features are the safest method

Enhanced features should be fine though but if you are worried don't use other inputs for now

They're also probably the most damaging to the economy due to the level of automation they have

Fly hacks are getting banned very quickly
